1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," "you") and ph74 ("ph74," "we," "us," "the Platform"), governing your use of the ph74 online gambling platform accessible at ph74.vip and all related services, games, features, and content offered therein.

2.3 Mental Capacity

By registering, you confirm that you are acting in your own personal capacity, that you are not acting as an agent for another person, and that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been diagnosed with or self-identify as having a gambling disorder are strongly discouraged from registering and are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tools available on the ph74 platform.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access ph74's real-money gambling services, you must register an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine address, valid email address, and mobile number. ph74 may request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of this information at any time.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active ph74 account. The creation or use of more than one account — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. ph74 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void all associated bonuses, winnings, and account balances without prior notice.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph74 login credentials. ph74 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. You agree to notify ph74 immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. ph74 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

ph74 is obligated to conduct KYC verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by ph74 for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, UMID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on withdrawals or account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

ph74 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, 7-Eleven, USDT, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. ph74 reserves the right to reverse deposits and return funds to their source if the payment account cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. Verified accounts may expect same-day processing for GCash and Maya withdrawals. ph74 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks for withdrawal requests above ₱50,000 per transaction. 4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

Any transactions suspected of facilitating money laundering or other financial crimes will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), as required by applicable law. ph74 reserves the right to hold, freeze, or void any account or transaction pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ph74 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to the general provisions set out below:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above who hold a verified ph74 account in good standing.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first deposit only. Subsequent deposits are eligible for reload bonuses and other standing promotions as published on the ph74 promotions page.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified on a per-promotion basis and typically range between 10x and 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, may not be exchanged for cash, and may not be combined with other bonuses unless explicitly stated in the offer terms.

6. Gameplay Rules

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph74's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with the use of the platform shall be limited to the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.

ph74 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use the ph74 platform, even if ph74 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ph74 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to and use of the ph74 platform is at your own risk. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

ph74 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a player-initiated self-exclusion request.
• Reasonable belief that continued account activity poses legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to ph74.

Upon termination for cause, ph74 reserves the right to void all pending bonuses and bonus-derived winnings. Account balances derived from legitimate deposits (excluding any voided bonuses or winnings) will be returned to the player's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding investigation, unless required to be held by applicable law or regulatory direction.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and all matters arising out of or in connection with your use of the ph74 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be first referred to ph74's customer support team for informal resolution. ph74 aims to resolve all player disputes within 14 business days of formal written notice. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Manila, Philippines.

Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately resolved may raise a complaint with PAGCOR through the official PAGCOR player dispute mechanism.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ph74 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ph74 will provide at least 7 days' notice via email to registered account holders or via a prominent notice on the ph74 platform prior to the changes taking effect. Minor amendments (including typographical corrections, clarifications, and non-substantive restructuring) may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the ph74 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must cease using the ph74 platform and may request account closure via live chat support.
